Bertha was absolutely amazing!!!! Very welcoming and makes you feel at home like you’re eating with your aunt. She’s spot on everything and greeted us with a smile. Just came for a quick lunch break and couldn’t be any better. Thank you.

Came in today on Christmas Eve. Tried ordering deals with my app. They informed me they didn’t have any deals today. Informed them that it doesn’t say anything on the app that I can’t claim and denied me. They should honored it. Just upcharging me.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Carl’s Jr.. This is the third time. I don’t know why I keep going back over 30 minutes. First of all there’s only two cashier and cook every time for the past year. I’ve gone periodically a couple times at the same experience, don’t walk Run from this place bad bad service.

The cashier lady was doing her best to take care of walk in and drive thru customers so my order was forgotten for about 25 minutes no worries it's ok it happens.........But then the manager says I owed them $15 for something I never got, my wife had to literally explain to the manager step by step with receipt we bought everything we had. It was supposed to be a nice lunch with my wife and daughter but ended up waiting too long for food and then being accused of getting food we never got. The lady in front did her best with no help at all from management very unprofessional the manager was. The place was empty maybe it's because of the worst manager ever.

Bertha, she was an amazing server and very accommodating to my request. Wonderful service!
