Ordered 1 large and regular fries, paid for them at the drive through and got 1 regular fries. Super star double, no lettuce or tomato, extra onion, and pepper jack cheese. I got American cheese, lettuce tomatoe and regular onion. The big carl double was supposed to have everything and it had nothing and just the top half of the bun. This is why I don't trust drive through. I get home and you have crap. The hamburgers and fries were ice cold (microwave) like they were after lunch leftovers. I had a buisness for many years and I demanded quality service and had all complaints directed to me. Good work got raises until California ruined it. Every time I visit this location the manager, Joey, is always friendly and consistently walking around the restaurant checking on his team members and customers. Food is out quickly and is hot and fresh. Never had any issues with my order. You can tell Joey leads with enthusiasm and it trickles down throughout the staff. Thanks for the wonderful service, Joey!

Came in from a 3 hour drive. Inside is open till 10pm. I go in to use the restroom before ordering, and the shift leader, guy with glasses, extremely rude and sayd restrooms close at 9pm. I ask myself, where do they go to the restroom if they are closed, outside? Literally, both guy with glasses and John, cashier, look high and just looking to leave Good franchise, restaurant, always prioritizes customer service. This is how I keep my customers coming back. First and last time I come to this location!

Food was subpar, the drink vanilla iced (coffee) was extremely bitter. I get not wanting to work late nights, but the lady serving us was rude and she got our order wrong; we asked for her to fix it (we asked for a large- not a small) we just told her never mind and she gave us more attitude. Worst experience, she didn’t realize what we were asking when we tried redeeming some codes and still gave US attitude when it was on her behalf for the mistake.

Found a crispy bug in my burger...very grossed out. The burger was not double wrapped the waybits supposed to be also....i doubt this location is up to code. Will not be returning.
