Ordered the 5,99 burger which is supposed to be 2xquarter pound patties several times. They are shorting customers by using the thinner lighter patties instead to save money. Do not recommend.

Went yesterday 7/19/24 around 10:55 pm on our way back from Sac airport and was such a great spot the ladies working night shift were so nice and welcoming and the food hit the spot....burger was juicy and fries were hot & crispy! As well as crunchy onion rings... the place was so clean and just a great vibe overall! Best carls jr I have been too in a long time! Will definitely stop by again!

The location I went to was in Williams California. Horrible. Food was cold and seemingly stale and that was shocking because they weren't busy!! Sat outside to enjoy the air that smelled just as bad as being inside the establishment, it smelled like sewer. The tables were disgustingly unsanitary and the bugs were rampant. I do not recommend this location.

We haven't been to a Carl's in a while. We stopped at the Williams, CA restaurant and the young man that took our order was amazing. He explained the burger options and what was on them. Very friendly and professional. And the burger was delicious.

Headed to the airport wanted dinner so we went through drive through got 2 famous star meals. Sodas were flat. Fries were old and grease balls. And hamburgers tasted burnt and old. Highly disappointed! Didn’t even eat or drink most of it. Wouldn’t even give a star
