Carne & Queso Food Trailer

On a busy night definitely expect to wait a little bit, but let me tell you it is worth it. The chimi was fantastic plenty of flavor. The Colombian salchipapa was ok, chicken was a bit dry but the sauce and the condiments compensated everything else well. The chimi is what will make me go back. 10/10

Everything in this place is good. My favorite is plantain yaroa mix with pork leg, and beef. .. but with regards to *Chimmi, I'd definitely not recommend. they need to work very hard on that recipe because the chimmi's sauce do not match at all with the Chimmi. from a 0 to 10 I'd give a 1. Yaroas are 10 out of 10. Everything else customer service, and the place are great. keep up the good work.

This food is "en la madre"! It is so good. I recently took my friend's there and it's their new favorite spot.

Just Discovered this place not to long ago and I was very happy with the experience when we got there it had a crow wish is a good sign that the place have good food.Great customer service! I ordered my food and they hand me a little device that will notify me when my food was ready it only took like 20 min considering it was busy this food truck it’s easy to find with plenty of parking the chinola / Parcha Juice and any of the chimis and the loaded fries with pierna meat are a must try I will be back ! They should bring a food truck to Scranton !
