Carolina Ale House - Jacksonville

Was disappointed. It was our first visit there. Valentine's day. Oh well! Steak was fatty and grizzly. The the little potatoes were not cooked through. The sauce they were in was fabulous. The ceasar salad was good but needed more dressing. The broccoli had no flavor. The chicken rice bowl was good. I enjoyed the various flavors of the mix and the sauce. Nice selection of beer. Full bar. Service was good.

I had a great experience at Carolina Ale House. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable enough to enjoy a meal and conversation. It’s the perfect mix of a sports bar and a sit-down restaurant, with plenty of TVs if you’re there to catch a game. The food was fresh and came out quickly. The wings were flavorful and cooked just right, and the portions were generous for the price. Their menu has a lot of variety, so whether you’re in the mood for burgers, seafood, salads, or something lighter, there’s something for everyone. The service really stood out. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Overall, it’s a great spot for hanging out with friends, watching sports, or just grabbing a solid meal. I’ll definitely be going

Well we come here like every week and mostly like 3 4 times a weeks. The first time try the grill wings here is so good and i really love it. But all the time i get back here after, they making a fake grill wings all the time. The waiter is really nice to us but this guy on the picture today i don't know why he keeping like ignore us and serve somebody else first even thought we were first and we already asking him that if the stove is on or not so we can order the wings and he said that the stove is good but after we got the fake wings again and i can't eat that wings. he tell the manager to go talk with us and she said that she was in there saw them making it grill i don't really understand how the grill wings look like that :)) and she was in the kitchen just looking for them to grill

I want to highlight the excellent service we received from Gabby. She was very kind, attentive, and professional at all times. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome, patiently explained the menu, and was attentive to every detail. The food arrived on time, and she always checked that everything was perfect. Her positive attitude and smile made our experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely return thanks to her excellent service. Highly recommended!

We love coming in to sit at the bar with Libby and Keith. We always get amazing service and great conversation. 100% recommend coming in on a Friday night and enjoying the atmosphere. You will not be disappointed
