Carollo's Family Restaurant & Pizzeria

Came here on recommendation from a customer. Wow there food did not disappoint! Best Italian food I’ve had in 10-20 years ! Waitress seemed more in tuned about what was going on with her phone then actually dealing with customers. So 2 stars got dropped for that. Other than that amazing place and hidden gem ! Update 1 : 5 days later. Server was same one. Still on her phone the entire time. Anytime I needs something I hate to go to front counter and ask. She was literally sitting at register eating an ice cream cone while on her phone. Never once checked in on us what so ever. She needs to be let go. HORRIBLE SERVER! Great food though !! Update 2: 10/6/25 So I guess someone had a talking to or the ladies are actually performing stellar service ! Same server as last 3 times ( I wish

Great food. Lunch with relatives, great atmosphere for family dining!

Service at 6:45 on Thursday evening was very slow or non-existent. Had to go find a waitress to take our order and again to get our check which was incorrect (charged for an additional item). Didn't bother to point that out because it probably would have taken another 20 minutes. Won't be back.

Been coming during the week for lunch specials for the last few months….Their chicken and fish specials have been unbelievable! So good that I’ve even researched recipes to mimick them…. They’re amazing! Lunch waitress is super nice and efficient!

Order from here weekly. Ordered last night. Waited about 20 minutes before heading to the restaurant thats a mile from my house. Arrived around 6pm. Left 7pm. Watched my food sit on the counter for 45 minutes waiting for wings and 2 pizzas to go with it. I got up after 40 minutes and asked politely if I could check on my order. Without even looking " they'll call you when it's ready". I watched people come and go even people come in and order pizza at the counter and walk out with it while I sat there. Never again. I understand its friday and its busy but this was beyond that. My kids sat home hungry while I sat on the bench for an hour and my foot sat on the counter getting cold. Unacceptable
