Carol's Cafe

Wanted to explore and try out this place. It was okay, it does give vintage vibes but me and my husband felt so out of place, like our waiter looked liked she wasn’t interested in taking our order. She wouldn’t make eye contact or try to check on us and my assumption was that she was tired but then she greeted other tables with smiles and with so much warmth so idk why. But the whole time we felt uncomfortable staying there. The food was decent and the coffee felt watery.

Stopped in here for breakfast over the weekend and it was a great experience! The wait staff are attentive, food came out quick, very tasty classic southern food. I got the hashbrown skillet with gravy and it was a TON of food for $13, I would highly recommend!

Great customer service and food. It was my first time. Very intimate and friendly Definitely recommend this place for some good home cooking.

Little greasy spoon just of the highway-just what we were looking for. Enjoyed the coffee and food. Biscuits and gravy were tasty (added cut sausage to mine. Sweet wait staff. Cons-creamer instead of cream or half and half. Butter substitute.

Place is small and cozy, very nice atmosphere and very warm Food is cheap for the amount you get, the full skillet gets you a lot for about 13$, I couldn't finish it all and got the rest to go for dinner Coffee was also very good and fresh, not burnt like other breakfast places (I'm looking at you waffle house) Server was attentif and very friendly Would definitely recommend and will come again!
