Carrabba's Italian Grill - Airport

Disappointing experience. I stopped in to grab food at the airport before heading home and was surprised by how rude the staff was. The front desk was cold and unwelcoming, and the waitress at the bar, was curt and dismissive throughout service. Her attitude noticeably changed when the bill arrived and she suddenly became friendly. Additionally, the broccoli came with several ingredients mixed in that were not shown or mentioned online. The photo made it look like plain steamed broccoli, and I was just looking for a clean grilled chicken and broccoli meal. This really missed the mark

Had a late night meal at this Carrabbas and it was a good meal! Close to closing so we got the last of the lasagna and it was delicious. Other items were running out too but the soup was good and the salad was fresh. Not bad at all!

Mo, our waitress is absolutely the most sweetest, friendly, and personable server that we’ve had in forever! She gets a big 10 from us! Our meals were delicious! Recommend the filet with Marsala sauce! He said it was amazing!

I recently dined at Carrabba’s Italian Grill - Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. After being seated at a table, I waited approximately 10 minutes without receiving any acknowledgment or service. No greeting, no water, nothing. Eventually, I left the table and moved to the bar in hopes of getting served more efficiently. The bar top was filthy. I had to clean it myself before sitting down. That alone set the tone for what followed. They didn’t have Chianti that was listed on the menu. From that point forward, I had to ask the bartender for absolutely everything — water, utensils, refills. There was no proactive service whatsoever. Aiysha was very welcoming and pleasant. She had a nice smile and positive attitude and was gracious in ordering our drinks while we waited on our waitress. Dinner was ok. Pizza was warm not hot and waitress wasn’t very attentive.
