Carrabba's Italian Grill

My family don't usually eat out. So we forgot that going out to eat on a Saturday would find restaurant wicked crowded. No exception here. We were staying in Jacksonville for one night, Carabbas was close and we wanted to go to dinner there without going too far. When we get there, there is an hour wait. Ugh!! But we wait. We luck out that some people don't show up when their name is called. We also lucked out that Liz, the hostess my so amazingly nice. We checked in with her on occasion and she was super nice answering patiently our questions even when there were tons of people checking, getting their to go orders and waiting for a table. We were considering completing a to go order when she saw what we were doing and told us that a bunch of tables were being cleaned and one would be

Good Italian style chain restaurant. Food and service was very good. I had the salmon and it was perfectly cooked. They give you a warm and soft bread before the meal, great start! I also had the chicken soup, nice and warm, a little spice for my taste but good

This was our first time going to Carrabba's, our bar tender was great. The marsala meatballs were delicious 😋 I thought it was so cute that they gave us little charcuterie boards with our wine. I had the seafood stuffed salmon and my husband had the rib eye, they were both delicious and a great serving size.

Absolutely great restaurant and an excellent dining experience from start to finish. Michael and his staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. Service is on point every single time. The restaurant is spotless — including the restrooms — which shows they truly care about their guests and their operation. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food, great service, and a consistently clean environment!

Had a great meal. Good prices. Everyone was great to deal with. We even tipped our server more than we normally would because it was such a great experience. Then we walked outside to see a homeless guy hanging out and begging the second we walked outside the door. Spoiled the entire experience.
