Carrabba's Italian Grill

Carrabbas has always been one of our favorites and for the record this visit was on New Year's Day. We were seated quickly by a delightful hostess. We both enjoyed soup and salad. My wife had ceasars salad with chicken and enjoyed it. I ordered bryan chicken which was so salty that I could not eat it. The staff was nice about it and offered to bring me another plate. I declined and they took it off my bill with no problem. Over all, we have been going to Carrabbas since our first date in 1998, and have always been happy. We have been to this Carrabas a handful of times and been happy so I will not consider tonight's salty chicken in my rating.

My husband and I went here for the first time since moving here. It was quite busy. We were greeted by Tristen. He made sure to tell me his name before he asked for mine. I was pleasantly surprised as other places don’t care to tell me their name. Our waitress, Karen, was so informative and a pleasure to have wait on us. Even though the restaurant was busy she was very attentive. The food was decent as well. After dinner Tristen came over with a gift since it was our first time here which was extremely thoughtful. We couldn’t believe the phenomenal service from the staff as it’s a chain restaurant. It felt like I was in a fine dining establishment with all the attention. We will definitely be back! Thank you Karen, Tristan and staff for making our night!

Best dining experience of my 2025, Mark behind the bar is a consummate professional and sets the standard in food in dining very high for his fellow crew members and is also very personable 10/10 highly recommend you stop in and try wood fired ribeye and asparagus.

The food was pretty good. I got the fillet and shrimp pasta. I don’t think I’m a big fan of how they wood grill it ( it gave it a Smokey taste). But other than that, the pasta itself and sauce was really good. Great service 🙌

We came in for a late dinner on Valentine’s Day. We were pleasantly greeted and seated quickly even though the restaurant was full. Terry, our server, was amazing. She and her helper, Collin, were both efficient, pleasant and polite. The food was wonderful! We ordered from their special 4 course Valentine menu. The portions were plentiful leaving us with hearty portions leftover for tomorrow’s lunch. We took advantage of the $10 take home meals with our order and were pleasantly surprised we could choose anything on the menu equal to our purchase. We look forward to our meals at home! Thank you Terry, Collin and the kitchen staff for a wonderful evening. We enjoyed it very much and look forward to coming back again!
