Carriage House On Kent

Can not say enough about our time at the Carriage House. Beautiful and clean! The owners were so attentive to all our needs. Quiet and so relaxing ❤️ We really enjoyed out time here Without a doubt, we will definitely recommend this B&B to family and friends. You will be delighted you stayed here if you choose to as it's central to Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls just off River road and below Queenston Heights Park. Lots of trails close by along the Parkway down to the Gorge including the Bruce Trail if you're a hiker and tons of history from 1812. And for those who like to golf, Whirlpool Golf course is not far. Carriage House on Kent is an ideal spot central to so many activities.

There were excellent things about ALL those places we stayed but the location of Carriage House appealed to me as did the sense of having an entire vacation home to ourselves. One other couple were not around much as they were in town for a Celebration of Life. Only met them at breakfast to even really know they were there (good acoustics). There were all sorts of little add-ons like the nice coffee available throughout the stay, even popcorn and a microwave! Our suite had awesome views, felt spacious and was very very pretty. Owner had used nice high-end fittings throughout. Breakfast was delicious and inconspicuously served so we almost had to work at engaging the owner the short time he was there. If i had any misgiving it was that the owner wasn't particularly warm, rather awkward alm

Stayed at the Carriage House on Kent for three nights and it was the perfect stay. We stayed in the loft room and appreciated the full pull out couch along with the bed. The room had ample space and the bathroom was great (heated floor!). There was coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available in the main room of the B&B along with popcorn, and a great breakfast in the morning. Fruit, bacon, a main, and the best spread of jams and orange juice. The location was fantastic with it being in a beautiful area right in wine country and was just a hop away from the best shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The owner was fabulous as well. Welcoming, personable, and a wealth of knowledge. Ask him about the history of the house and area and you can tell he’s glad to give a history lesson. Hoping to

My bestfriend and I stayed here for a little girls weekend getaway; we had such a great time and our expectations were more than met. Rob and Mary were such lovely hosts and made our stay very comfortable. Rob recommended some wineries and restaurants to us that were all a huge success. The rooms were very clean and extremely cozy; to top it all off our breakfast was a wonderful spread of toast, jams & jellies, eggs and the best bacon we have ever had! We would highly recommend to any one looking for a great getaway in Niagara on the Lake.

We had a wonderful stay at the Carriage House in June 2018 with another couple. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious. We found the location perfect for biking to wineries and Niagara on the Lake and then we were able to return for a quiet evening in Queenston. Location is right below Brock's Monument and lots of local history along the Parkway. Rob did a fabulous job at explaining the accommodations and local attractions/wineries. We would highly recommend a stay here and hope to return soon.
