What a breeze! I scheduled an appt the day prior for birth certificates. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Will definitely come back here in the future. Courteous staff, not a lot of traffic, and prompt service.

I have had an excellent experience!! I called them yesterday to ask clarifying questions about my newborns birth certificate. I live in baltimore but I saw that this location allowed for walk ins. When I called, the lady I spoke to was super nice. I told her my son was born 8 days ago and if he would have a birth certificate ready. She took the time to get his personal information and mine to check and said it was in the system. Fast forward to today and I drove the 45 minutes with my husband and newborn. There was NO line!! The gentleman at the check in as informative and swift. After filling out the needed paperwork, it only took about five minutes! This was definitely a trip well worth it and I will be leaving with two copies of my newborns birth certificate.

I had to go in and re-new my insurance and Connie had me done start to finish, in under 30 mins and much of that time was spent chatting in her office about somewhat related and unrelated topics as there was no one else waiting. What a daunting job made SO MUCH EASIER!! The Medicaid State Assistance couldn't do it that fast..i know from experience. They just kept messing it up. If you have to get it done, the CC Health Dept is a nice little secret...
