Angeles always provides the best service at Carrot Express. She’s incredibly kind, attentive, and has such a warm energy that truly makes the experience better. You can tell she genuinely cares about her job and about the customers. She always makes sure everything is perfect and makes you feel welcome. Employees like her really make a difference.

Since the first time that I came, I haven't stopped coming. The atmosphere is quiet, silence, and without a lot of people talking loudly. The service is phenomenal. The guy ( cashier) is super attentive and helpful. I like this food because the fresh taste, most Mario's chicken salad, the wraps, bagels, and the lentil soup, simple and delicious. The smoothies my favorite is the skinny green. I didn't like the strawberry passion fruit smoothie, and the wild berry smoothie wasn't the best either. I like the cookies and the carrot vegan cake because it's smooth, and the other one has a lot of nuts, so I give it a 3/5.

It was our first time visiting today, and I want to start out by saying that overall the experience was very pleasant. All the team members were very friendly and smiling. And they were very helpful. We ordered the Mexican salad, the vegetable soup, and a mocha latte. Salad 5/5 Soup 3/5 Mocha 1/5 We really enjoyed the salad. It was very fresh and tasty. The soup came out not quite hot enough, but they were kind enough to heat it up for us and refill it in the process. Great customer service there. Unfortunately, there were two bay leaves in the soup that we had to pick out. The mocha latte was quite disappointing. The flavor of the coffee just wasn't up to our standard. Oh my freaking gosh! I had the Miami Vegan Bowl. It was beyond delicious- flavor in every single bite. Not to mention a huge piece of avocado, not just a couple of slices. I also must commend the staff. Not only were they helpful and patient with me, they did it with a smile and it didn't take long for me to receive my food. I'll definitely be back! Btw, this was my very first time🫣

I am in my matcha era trying to be more conscious of what I eat and came looking for the matcha donuts. I ended up ordering a bowl and was great: good ingredients and portion. I will be coming back! The local it’s very spacious and the location has plenty of parking.
