Cartland Estate Bed & Breakfast

Beautiful home in the country. Space was clean and inviting, host provided amazing delicious breakfasts that were a masterpiece in their presentation. Only negative was we were getting into summer and the temp at night was 79 degrees and our host does not turn on the air conditioning until it hits 80 and suggested we open windows. We did that but it was uncomfortable at that temp.

We celebrated our anniversary last year and this year. (July 2015) The unique craftsmanship of the bed & breakfast home along with the amazing hosts was worth going back a second time. We road our bikes from the end of their street to the back way of Niagara Falls and I can't image doing anything else now. The bike path is right along the water and gorgeous homes and you get to embrace lovely Niagara Falls from a more quiet and relaxing approach versus all the tourists. Between the yummy breakfasts to the great story sharing with the owners along with other guests was fascinating! I had never experienced B & B's before however fully plan to in the future. Would I recommend Cartland Estate, ABSOLUTELY!!! Cate & Vic

Gary and Dianne were amazing hosts, the property is beautifully landscaped. We had a walkout room and It was a perfect space to enjoy our wine after a day of touring. The room and common areas are very clean. The spacious walk in shower was so nice. Breakfast was incredible! Gary was a gracious cook and you will not leave hungry. You will not be disappointed if you book this place. We'll be back!

This was our second stay here. We love the beautiful large rooms and private baths. The king sized beds are super comfortable, especially after a long day of touring. The owners..Gary and Dianne, are great people and we enjoy the lively conversations with them and the other guests. While it was a little too cool this time to sit outside, there is a lovely large patio. The dogs, Murphy and Maggie, are big dogs but they are such a delight and so lovable.||||The breakfasts are awesome. You will never leave there hungry.||It is an easy 10 minute drive to the falls.. We highly recommend this B&B and will definitely stay here again..

Gary presents a great breakfast with visual appeal. He knows how to appeal to your taste buds : ) The rooms are enormous & are air conditioned for hot nights. The king size bed was comfortable. In the Sunshine Room there is no sneaking to the bathroom during the night due the squeaky floor area. Gary & Diane are most hospitable & very friendly as are the dogs! The dogs are well behaved. Lots of space to roam the grounds & enjoy some fresh air. Gary planned his build with much thought. The home is beautiful & large. There is a small fridge for the guests in the entrance room.
