This is my 88th review **review based on 1 visit** Carvel, you are the only reason I care about birthdays -multiple ice cream cake selections and if that isn’t the best freaking thing for you aren’t human -they have pre made to go ice cream cones and sandwiches already packaged in the freezer -tons of flavor selections -dairy free options -no sugar free options -seats inside and 2 tables outside

I went for my daughter’s 9th birthday I told the associate it was her birthday he didn’t even say happy birthday to her. Was very rude and un mannered carvel do better this is also a family a children’s place if people aren’t happy they shouldn’t be there. I’m such a nice person I tipped anyways but I left feeling uneasy an unhappy almost depressed that associate made me what kind of person cnt even say happy birthday to a child ? Ice cream seemed good place is clean but horrible employee

My friends and I stopped into Carvel and had ice cream Sundays. They were delicious! The only negative thing I could say is the place was staffed by teenagers who appeared to care less, but they did make great Sundays.

Over all this ice cream shop is nice and clean. Unfortunately most of the employees always seem like they’re having the worst day and the prices are a bit high.

We've visited the Coral Ridge location over the years, and each time the young staff has been rude and unhelpful. Despite constantly advertising coupons in mailers and online apps, they always find reasons to deny them, such as not having a bar code, not accepting digital coupons, or not knowing how to process them. It's always a hassle. Even when the first girl calls over her friend to help, they give excuses and make us feel like we're at fault. I end up paying in full without any apology or attempt to assist. Poor customer support overall.
