Worst carvel in Long Island! Took my family to this location, the Asian owner gave me chocolate chip instead of Oreo cookie and cream, when I got into my car parked in front of the establishment, I realized. I entered back into the store and told him and he said it’s not his fault I told him I wanted chocolate chip in which I didn’t. He refused to switch it and it was the kid size cup. I told him I’m a customer who just purchased over 30 dollars in ice cream and I know what I said. He still refused to switch it. I left the ice cream on the counter and walked out. He is a disgusting individual and he continued to scream that people keep coming into his store asking for donations and he can’t keep giving people free stuff, in which had nothing to do with me. Don’t eat from this establishment

Been coming here over Friendlys because this location served "Sugar Free" varieties. Now they don't! Won't be coming back

My biggest complaint is every time I go the parking lot is disgusting. There’s always garbage in it and it’s carvel garbage like cups, lids, spoons, dropped icecream etc. They need to do a clean up at the end of each day.

Loved the strawberries short cake sundae dasher and the pimpkin pie soft serve friendly staff
