Carvel

We’ve given this Carvel several tries but won’t be going back again. Tonight as well as on another occasion my ice cream has just not tasted right. My husband tasted it when I asked for his opinion and he thought the peanuts tasted off while I thought it was the whipped cream. I don’t know, maybe it was both. Anyway, I ended up throwing it away because why eat something that doesn’t taste good. My go to Carvel order is always the same and it’s always delicious when I get it from the Kings Park Carvel. Even if it’s a bit further they will get our business from now on.

They did everything but refill the Nutella. I paid $8 for a small Nutella dasher, and instead of refilling the Nutella squeeze bottle, they just spent like 5 minutes trying to get some out, and there was literally no Nutella in the dasher. Just all ice cream and crunchies. Come on, for $8? I was the only person there, it’s not like it was busy. The other carvel on middle country wouldn’t do me like that :/ never again

Don't believe the hours!! Apparently the door sign says closed at 10 p.m. but not according to the workers. They close " the machines 15 minutes earlier" and lock the door!! Thank goodness Cold Stone stays open until eleven!!!

disappointed and disgusted I’ve never written a review other than today when i visited the girl making our ice cream while she was licking her fingers, my sister had already paid where the workers was biting her nails. once i brought it to her attention she refused a refund bc we didn’t get a receipt. she didn’t apologize or offered to remake it or anything. wash ur hands

I ordered my daughter’s birthday cake here, unfortunately got sick and had to request a different date for a pick up. I dealt with Teresa who was so kind and extremely understanding. She communicated with me by email, put me so at ease about having to reschedule, and overall was so nice and helpful, the cake came out beautiful and I couldn’t thank Teresa enough for being so sweet! Will definitely order here again!
