I didn’t have a good feeling when I saw some of the hard ice creams had different looking ice cream sitting on top. It looked as if they dumped some soft serve on top of the hard ice cream and it froze in big clumps. I should’ve just left upon seeing that, however against my better judgement ordered for my kids since they wanted something different than those flavors with the weird clumps. My son had the “carvelanche” which is soft serve mixed with a topping. It took the employee about 7 minutes to make it. I didn’t know why it was taking this amount of time to mix chocolate soft serve with chocolate crunchies, but we were patient. Once he got it we sat outside and after a few bites he said “what is this? And pulled a jagged piece of hard plastic out of his mouth.” I brought it back inside

Excellent servic3 and took my gift cards! Will come again... I had the blue raspberry sorbet? It was so good!

Went in for the $1 cup that was advertised for today August 19. The girl said they are not participating. I said but your digital monitor behind the counter is showing an ad for $1 cups or cones today. I asked for a manager, told he wasn’t in. They called him and next thing I knew the monitor was shut off. Manager said sorry not participating have a good day and hung up. But I wouldn’t have eaten from there anyway. Place was filthy dirty, counter dirty, floor, I saw 2 roaches, the machines were filthy. I’ve never seen such a dirty eatery in my life. People waiting on customers were nasty and sarcastic. Place should be closed down.

Has great staff. Carvel has different ice cream flavors. Every wednesday there's a buy one sundae get one free deal. My favorite sundae is the banana spilt. On holidays or special events, there's the ice cream cake.

Very tasty, but recently they added advertising stickers on the glass and it was very difficult for us to see what food and seasonings were inside. Hope they can tear off this sticker so customers can see more clearly
