CASA JIMENEZ RESTAURANT

The ambiance was alright. The place is clean and wheelchair accesible. I’m not sure if the booths are suitable for wheelchairs though. At the beginning we were greeted just fine. The service needs lots of improvement. Try not to bother asking for anything once you are served. The food was not good. The carne asada in the torta seemed old/burned from reheating. It didn’t had good taste. My husband says his food was below average and we both agree we would not go back.

Looks like mold didn't offer any discount. They said it was cilantro. I will not be coming back.

GROSS New location same bad practices Food A+ Service D- Disgusting old man look like a dirty mechanic went out to a car and started bringing in supplies. I was praying he would not go into the kitchen but that's exactly where he went. Employee's adult children work or volunteer there but clearly do not want to be there or do not appreciate a paycheck. Services inconsistent. I ordered all you can eat with soup, they bring me a huge bowl plenty of vegetables. I order a second and they bring me a little cup with a quarter of a potato. The casa Jimenez on Whittier boulevard in Whittier probably better. This place was gross in the last location and it's still gross.

Bathroom had no paper towels table had no napkins. The food was extremely greasy, didn't have any flavor customer service lacked a lot of respect. I will have to say I will not come back to this location.

The food is delicious and the waitresses are very nice, kind and respectful. I go there to eat with my family almost daily. 😊
