Casa Mia Restaurant (San Jose)

Casa Mia is truly a blessing for Almaden. We stopped in for a quick after-work dinner and were pleasantly surprised by both the atmosphere and the incredible breakfast, brunch, and dinner menu. For dinner, we ordered the fish tacos and the seafood enchiladas—both were perfect. For appetizers, we had the bacon-wrapped shrimp and the ceviche, which were incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. And for dessert… a warm churro cake with cranberries and ice cream. Unreal. Can’t wait to come back and try their breakfast.

We got to this adorable sit down restaurant at 6 pm and we were seated, served and satisfied all in a 40 minute timespan. I loved the smoky guajillo red sauce for moist chicken enchiladas and the thin lemony white sauce for the seafood enchiladas. Make sure you have water nearby before dipping into the salsa. Great overall experience and food presentation.

Service was great! Super attentive and polite staff. Food was delicious 😋 can't wait to try more dishes. The Mexican hot chocolate is a must try❤️mmm! So good and it comes with a concha😊

Off the bat great service! We walked in were warmly greeted. The place was so clean, beautiful, and welcoming. The attention to detail is great, down to how they have the tables set. The dish ware is perfect. All the staff was so friendly, we interacted with multiple people. The food was delicious. I had the chilaquiles, not all places can make it good and they did. I had delicious fresh squeezed OJ with my food and a lavender latter that hit the spot to go. My husband almost teared up because of how good their café de olla is. It reminded him of when he went to Mexico. He loved his food as well. Definitely going back to try more things.
