Case Study Coffee Lounge

Stopped into Case Study Coffee Lounge with a friend who’s a full-on regular (and myself, a proud Case Study virgin), and I’m happy to report this place absolutely understood the assignment. She ordered the Dark Horse, while I went with a drink whose name I cannot recall… but I can tell you it involved ginger beer, apple, and espresso, and it was unexpectedly delightful in a “why is this so good and why don’t I order things like this more often?” kind of way. The vibes and atmosphere are spot on: clean, modern, warm, and effortlessly cool. It’s the perfect place to work, study, or catch up with old friends to unpack life… or, more realistically, talk about boy drama (stupid boys). The seating layout makes it easy to linger without feeling rushed, which I deeply respect in a coffee shop.

Stopped by Case Study Coffee in Midtown Phoenix and really loved it. The place is cute and chic, with a great setup for both working and relaxing. They’ve got desks if you want to get things done and comfy sofas if you just want to lounge with a coffee. Tried their seasonal Dark Horse coffee and it was amazing. Smooth, flavorful, and honestly one of the better cups I’ve had in a while. Great coffee, great vibe, and a perfect spot to sit down for a bit. Would definitely recommend checking this place out.

Such a cute and hip coffee shop that my daughter and I absolutely love. The drinks are always yummy, and the service is consistently great. It’s a fun, welcoming spot we enjoy coming back to again and again

I tried twice. The staff are really unfriendly and impatient. The treat you like you're a burden. The coffee didn't agree with me either time. Maybe I need less acidic coffee? The quality of the coffee seemed good though, so maybe that is just my stomach. My friends oat milk blueberry latte was really good though. The music and overall feel of the place is great too. Just wish the staff were more approachable.

Mediocre at best!!! We went to this place with high expectations and were disappointed. The place is very small with lots of people on their mobile device or playing card games occupying their seats. The service was friendly and attentive, but the coffee (which should be the star of the show) was flavorless (I ordered a latte) with too much milk to coffee ratio. Tasted more like plain warm milk than a latte. We also ordered a London fog and it was subpar. We ended up discarding both drinks and going somewhere else. We will definitely not return.
