Casey's

Pizzas have been continuously disappointing. Very stingy on toppings. If I’m paying $2 for pineapple, I would like to think I’d get more than one or two per slice. Two slices had zero. This has happened more than once. I also had an incident where the car wash did damage to my car. I filled out a damage report and was told I’d be contacted. Never happened, even after asking the manager every week for three months. I think I’m done going to this Casey’s.

They managed to out a hold on my card because of a 2$ fountain drink and I had my time wasted by it getting declined else when I had money on it. This is ridiculous. Be warned. Usually service is good, things are stocked, and cleanliness isn’t much of an issue. But this hold fiasco has really soured my opinion of a store I usually regular.

I was very disapointed. The staff did not care. The pizza was very nasty. The staff was very rude when i brought concerns up. Never ordering here again.

I am sad to say that this place grosses me out now. I can’t tell you how happy me and my family was that we were gonna get a Casey’s in the northern part of Ames. Now that the store is in most of the times when I go there, every trashcan outside is overflowing and there’s trash blowing all over. The inside of the store is dirty and even some points nasty. My shoe got stuck to the floor tonight and not just because of one random spot the floor was sticky and full of stuff all over. I had to take the straw wrappers off of the bottom of my shoe and throw them away and then wash my Hands. I wanted to go get a soda from the fountain but decided not to because everything over. There was gross sticky in full of pop. One of the cashiers was sitting on a stool behind the register tonight. The other
