Casey's

I had a rather negative experience. I was trying to return a product with its original packaging that I bought two days ago. Now it’s fair enough to say that because I did not have my receipt they would not be able to exchange it but, I could barely explain anything. I walked into the store, knowing that it was possible that I wasn’t going to be able to exchange it and I would just have to buy another one and that was OK with me, but I figured it couldn’t hurt to try. As I was trying to explain myself to the manager of what was going wrong with the device, she kept interrupting me and getting an attitude, not letting me finish my sentences and was just kind of rude. This is my favorite store I come here every day several times a day Samantha is so sweet she's all about her customers she's very helpful every time I go in she's cleaning something or stalking something or helping a customer and she makes it fun I love them all Austin the tall kid that works in the kitchen with dark hair the younger manager lady with long dark hair kind of thin she's so sweet as well the younger boy with dark hair thinner with glasses he's great too I just love them all ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you all

Whoever is working right now should be fired. Rude and cannot service people to save her life. Line a mile long and an attitude that was even worse.

Quick and painless visit! The store clerks are patient and down-to-earth, which is surprising for their generation!

Stopped in this morning to pick up a pizza while I cook my turkey and meet two of the nicest people, Kay and Gidget! The best customer service I’ve ever had at a Casey’s and I live in Des Moines where every corner is a Casey’s.
