Casey's

The cashier this afternoon was incredibly rude. Ordered 4 pizzas and had 4 sauces to go with it. The sauces are supposed to be 1 per hot order. She said ithey are only for sandwiches which makes no sense since the pizzas cost more. Never got charged for the sauces until today. I told her I didn't want them when she insisted on charging me for them. I didn't get the sauces and realized when I got home she still charged me for one. Very upsetting since my family are loyal customers and not used to treatment like that.

The location is newer and up to date, its great to have a c-store close in the area. The downside are the workers, especially the food court associates. My interactions haven't been pleasant. Most are short/snippy with you when placing a pizza or sandwich order. They seem rushed around and treat you like you are bothersome. If management would get the attitudes of its service workers in check than this facilities would very likely be 5 stars.

Cashier yelled at me for holding the door open for an old lady, then told me to use my head.

The pizza,is,wonderful. I was a guest in this town and their customer service is AWFUL. When you call in the order the staff talks short to you and they argue when they get your order wrong. There are only two places to eat in this town, which is unfortunate for anyone who wants a better choice.

We went to Casey’s this evening around 7 to get some food and there was one guy in the kitchen and he didn’t appear busy at all. He was very short and snippy and it appeared as if we were an inconvenience. The bun was hard on the sandwich and the popcorn chicken seemed undercooked and very soggy.
