Casey's

We came in at closing, my son wanted donuts even though they were from morning, he got a fritter not knowing it’s more, she did it was more so he picked another as she threw it in the trash, she wasted the dough for what? They were throwing away all doughnuts. He then picked 2/$6 dipped pretzels but the tag was outdated and they refused to honor it for an extra dollar. This was disappointing because I’ve been going there for twenty years and instead of customer service they saved Casey’s $1.50. I think I will go right across the street next time. Better prices and reasonable people. I know this worker has been there for decades I think she would know how to deal with customers by now. Attitude and snark doesn’t fly with me and my money.

The staff is always friendly, the environment is usually clean and taken care of. However, I placed an online order for pizza and it was an estimated time of 20 minutes. I went to pick up my order and they hadn't even cooked it. 1 hour later, still waiting on the order. I dont recommend ordering here, if your on a schedule or wanting an order quickly. Go somewhere that pays attention to the customer and understands that your time is important. At this Casey's store, they do not do that. /Changing to 1 star. Got my order home and they didn't even make it right. Waited a total of 1 hour and 8 minutes. Incompetence at its finest. Avoid this store, they would even screw up the fuel your paying for. Wow.

Back when Casey started doing the breakfast croissants I tried them out. They were so much better than the usual Sonic I was getting. The next time I came in a few days later they were running short. So I settled for something a little less than what I wanted. After about the next 12 times of going in and trying to get something and not having it or the lame excuse of " we'll have it in about 20 minutes " just got tired of hearing it. Today, for the last time, I tried to get the breakfast. The only thing they had left was a piece of pepperoni pizza and a bacon egg and cheese croissant. Now if you're going to put up big signs bragging about how great your breakfast is you probably should have it ready to go shouldn't you. I understand it's a busy station but I was there at 7:00 a.m. that's

The cashiers are usually pretty good. Only issue with the store is that the price for fuel on the sign is NEVER the same on the pump. I’ve mentioned it to the employees inside a few times but I rarely gets fixed. Even when it does get fixed, by the end of the week it will be inaccurate again
