Hey Ali! Extremely Disappointed by the Service at Casey’s in Cole Camp I don’t typically leave reviews, but this experience left me frustrated enough to speak up. I’ve been a loyal Casey’s customer for years. Across Missouri and beyond, one thing has always been consistent: if you bring your own cup, you can usually get ice for free. That’s been the standard. It’s a simple, appreciated courtesy — especially when the water or soda isn’t the priority. I’ve never had a Casey’s ask me to pay for ice when bringing my own cup. Until now. At the Cole Camp location, I was told it would be $0.63 for ice, which I would’ve paid without hesitation — if the interaction hadn’t been handled so poorly. We stop at this Casey's frequently to and from the lake. On several occasions I have waited to use the women's restroom for 10+ minutes or longer only to find out that a man was in there using it. I finally mentioned it to the girl at the counter when we were checking out (paying for our items, I might add) and her response was rude and dismissive. She told me that it happens there when there is a wait for the men's room. I get emergencies but this is clearly ok and considered acceptable behavior at the Casey's in Cole Camp. We all have to wait our turn to use the restroom...come on people. And a big thumbs down to Casey's for letting it happen.

The male cashier/ ?? was very rude and sarcastic , he didn't seem to want to be working rolling eyes at customers and grunting orders to employees loudly.

The manager was rude when I walked back in with the pizza I just ordered through curbside waited 15 minutes in the parking lot for them to bring out this

Sunday Oct. 2 went to buy gas with my truck and 22ft. trailer. The nearest pump had a broken card reader. And had. to move around other cars to get to a working card reader that of course, was out of receipt paper. Bad form. Not a happy customer.
