Great little Casey’s store, food is good most of the time but as to be expected I’ve had a handful of moments the warmer pizzas weren’t the most fresh but orders come out great every time. What stands out here to me is the staff, always friendly and helpful and they know the regulars of their community well.

Many nights the store has stock in the aisles the floors and counters are filthy. Several times I've gone in at 7pm and there is nothing in the warmers and no one in the process of making anything. My favorite fountain soda seems to be out alot, the ice cream machine seems to be constantly broken, no plain or cinammon & sugar doughnuts, they are all drenched in disgutingly oversweet icing. Pizza is greasy, burgers are dry, chicken is chewy. Really not sure why I kept trying. Not a very convenient covenience store. Your night cashiers for the most part are lazy. Kitchen staff is loud and rowdy and on several occasions no where to be found. One cashier Krist is always busy. I've had to wait for awhile because she was cleaning bathrooms and there is no one else to check me out. I don't blame

Cashier was very rude. After swiping my debit card it asked for my PIN 3 times! I know I entered it correctly the first 2 times. I made a comment that I hope it only charges my account once. That is when the cashier became rude. After some heated words she told me to leave the store before she called the police. She must have forgotten that Dixon doesn't have a police department anymore. 😂

This store is the biggest disappointment in town. The newer staff are quite pleasant, and the only reason I chose to give this 2 stars over 1, so they’ll be spared on this review . I have traveled all over Missouri and neighboring states, visiting Casey’s stores all around after drinks and food. The store in Dixon, I believe, is the worst one I’ve visited out of them all. Drink coolers are CONSTANTLY empty, while the cooler is piled ceiling high in the back with unstocked drinks. Personally I’ve spent almost two weeks walking in to the cooler for a specific drink that couldn’t seem to make its way to the shelves from the shipping flats, just feet away from where they belong. Not to mention, there’s stock constantly piled in the floor all around the store, day and night. Food is constant

Worst Casey’s store I’ve seen in my entire life! When I say the management is lazy, that’s an understatement! They never have a good enough stock! No napkins, no cups in stock and at times there’s absolutely nothing in the deli freezer! The new young kids that work there bring the most to that store! This store is a complete disappointment to everybody in Dixon!! I don’t spend my money there anymore and advise other people not to!
