Had a delivery issue today via DoorDash and Lewis in the kitchen went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and even hooked me up with a future free pizza. He got on the phone with DoorDash customer care and made sure they fixed the mess up. Best customer service I’ve ever had hands down. And all the employees are super down to earth.

I use to like going to this gas station since it’s close to where I live, I usually go a couple times a week. But lately I have had a worker sitting on her phone at the counter and when I asked if I can get a chicken sandwich she pointed at the empty kitchen and I sat there for 5 minutes waiting for someone. She didn’t even bother getting the guy working the kitchen. I yelled out hello? He comes out the back of the kitchen all pissy just because I ordered food. You guys need to get new ones employees that work the night shift. Absolutely atrocious customer service. They’re all on there phones!

Got a taco pizza delivered. The crust was almost raw dough. When I called the woman said oh that's the way it's coming out. Zero accountability for a bad product. I have many many choices in where to order pizza and I picked Casey's. Won't make that mistake again!

They simply can’t answer questions about the gas rewards. They have no idea.

What a horrid managed place. I use the app to order my pizza to pick up on the way home. 2 weeks ago, I had to wait 5 min while the manager and an employee complained to a customer about being short handed. Last week, I did my normal pizza order. I always got no onions, and it's on my order. The pizza had onions and when I brought that to the attention of the manager, he seemed not to care and was rude demanding to see my receipt. After waiting for another 20 mins and my other pizza getting cold. I got my pizza. The manager did not want to give me my receipt and I had to ask 2 times for the receipt. He finally gave me part of the receipt. Beware of this place and it's horrible customer service!
