UPDATE: Don’t use pump 2. Sent 12 minutes pumping 18 gallons of gas. Not sure why, but it took WAY too long. ___________________ I’ve had mixed experiences. Both times the people were friendly and asked me if I needed help, but the second visit the person didn’t actually mean it (it felt). More of a greeting so they could say they asked. Kind of cold and when I asked a question, it was met with “if it isn’t in the door we don’t have it.” I thought that was not accurate because of all the holes in the door. However, Casey’s is usually a good stop with decent options and hot food, so that interaction won’t stop me.

There is a black woman that is at the front register and I watched her continue to be rude to every customer that walked up. She should definitely not be in customer service such bad service

I went in there to get iced coffee.Not only were the outfit of the salted caramel, I tried the other two and they were out as well.I went to the store clerk to ask if i was doing something wrong.He said we must be out and I said, all of them, he said, yep, and you went back up to the front to run the.Register horrible store

Their closing hours are 1am. They have been closing at arbitrary hours for a while now and it’s extremely frustrating!!! I walk two and a half blocks to find out they closed early. Why don’t they stick to one time air let customers know what time they are closing exactly? It’s happened too many times now and I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade.

I come in multiple times of the day in the morning there always to seems to be plenty of employees to be standing around doing nothing but when it comes to evening there is only one super friendly always nice guy dealing with everything by himself, no matter what, he is always cordial for someone that is always alone at night time. Casey's need to do better at placing there employees. Doesn't make sense to have 8 employees during the day and only 2 at night especially on the busiest nights of the week and maybe not complain about the employee to customers especially if they know the employee they are talking about.
