Pulled up expecting that quick grab-and-go energy but the service was dragging a little, and the food didn’t hit like it should’ve. The spot was clean and convenient, but the customer service could use a reset. Still, I respect any place keeping doors open and giving folks a spot to stop through. Just needs more consistency to match the name on the building. Louie K’s Up stamp: Not the worst but not the wave either. A few tweaks and they could turn this 3 into a 5. 💯

The guy was extremely rude, had loud music playing at the register. Store was very unorganized, one gentleman was talking very loudly about fat people. Will not be stopping here again! Stop Saturday night at 9 pm in Jackson, Minnesota

Probably the worst casey's I've ever been in my life. The staff is usually playing really loud music at the desk. And when that's not happening they're mad or not feeling like working. And one out of every 10 times I have to go in there it smells like rotten sewer or where they store the bad oil is open. Very strange store

There's only three decent employees there,Joy, Dylan and . never have a pepperoni pizza ready (it's the signature) and just a poorly ran kitchen. Pizza is 50 cents more than anywhere else because it's never ready. They hired new people....they ain't worth your time anymore keep driving

The help is horrible. This guy gets a phone call and walks away from the customers in line. Very unfriendly employees.
