Casey's

Food is good if you can catch them while they actual have some. Warmers almost never have food in them. If they do, it’s probably an hour old. Staff is rude, and on their personal phone calls half the time. I’ve ordered ahead twice, both times 30-60 minutes in advance, and both times food wasn’t even started when I got there and I was told they “didn’t see my ticket” but hey staff was hanging out in the kitchen eating together. Plus staff is working in the kitchen without gloves. The store is clean, that’s about the only positive thing about this location.

Very disappointing ! Was excited we finally had a Casey’s in Jackson , TN but i surely will never stepped foot in this store again i will stick with Dodge’s. You walk in employees doesn’t even speak or knowledge you , instead they carrying conversation among each other ! They are rude or just plain out don’t have good customer service leaned all over the register or on they phone. Its only one good employee i ran into she is tall and skinny with glasses and braids. She should be manager so polite and knowledge customers and amazing customer service. They need to consider a whole new crew ! And there is never any window cleaner in the containers by the gas station !

Store was clean. They didn't have alot of sliced pizza out. Walked around for several minutes no employees spoke to me.

Cashier was rude and too busy having a conversation to help us. The manager was right there, too. The food looked fine and the kitchen was clean but the soda machine obviously hasn’t been cleaned properly. When we got in the car and got back on the interstate we realized our sodas both had vanilla in them even though neither of us got the cream soda 😟

Good place to get gas and grab a snack
