Casey's

I'm beyond surprised I haven't reviewed Casey's before. I love Casey's and have patronized they all. However, those one is close (although I will bypass 2 just to come back to this one. The food is fresh, hot and delicious. The people cooking today was polite and attentive. The cashier was great also..I had to come make a review. Casey's you have great people employed there. Thank you, I'm a customer for life.

Having a store like Casey's in the neighborhood that's open 24 hrs is wonderful. They have an amazing deli (not open 24hrs tho) and they also serve breakfast pizzas and biscuits and gravy. Their regular pizza is great and they offer delivery. There are always good deals or coupons for everything from sodas to snacks to their pizzas. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend downloading the Casey's app too for deals and chances to win free stuff via a game.

I ordered a large pizza, a sandwich and got some donuts, when I got to the store they had given my pizza to someone else, hadn't even started the sandwich! So they gave me my money back for the pizza and gave me the sandwich, when I opened it, it was the meat only, no bun, no toppings! I had to go back to the store and they reimbursed me the cost of the sandwich saying the cook was new and didn't know what he was doing..... What a shame that the staff it's going to run this store into the ground! I will never go back! They need a minus star!

This is the worst Casey's in Kankakee or Iroquois county without a doubt. Waited 15 minutes after the set time for my order and was then informed they hadn't even started my pizza. At the end, a pork tenderloin sandwich in my order was given to us just as a patty, no lettuce, no tomato, no BUN! I love Casey's food but this particular Casey's is just inexcusable in their conduct.

Freshly remodeled. Great pizza and phenomenal cheesy bread sticks. Depending on who's working, the wait for pizza can be a little while. Clean bathrooms and working slushy machines. Friendly service every time.
