My family and I ordered a pizza Saturday the 17th of January we picked it up it was the best pizza we have had in a long time the lady in the kitchen that made it did a awesome job very kind and the lady at the register did the same
Nothing is stocked and the slushy machine is always broken the pizza was expired by 3 hours and was still in the warmers there where practically no Red Bulls in the coolers and sodas as well something’s got to change
I eat Casey's pizza every week, I live in Sedalia and in love Casey's pizza! Not sure if this particular Casey's likes making pizza,as the 1 piece of pizza i bought was in the rotating heater for several hours. I could see this,but I was on my lunch break and didn't have time. There was 2.5 pieces of pizza in that heater. Yes, 2.5...Casey's doesn't disappoint me very often, but today they did. My co worker bought pop corn chicken, and he was also disappointed as he said that the sauce wasn't very good. I saw that the kitchen staff was cleaning up,and didn't see any pizzas cooking at all. I honestly don't believe that Casey's in LA Monte gets a whole lot of business for their pizza. Experience shows and that was not the case today. Poor job Casey's of LA Monte. Went in at 1:20 pm to grab some lunch, there was no wraps,Hawaiian sliders or chicken salad sandwiches.
Tried to buy med slushie. Sign on machine said 89c med drink or frozen drink. Got to register and was told special had ended days ago. Sign should have been removed and I should have been given the sale price due to their error but was charged $1.29. It's not the price but the principle of the thing. Terrible customer service.
