I stopped in here yesterday on Halloween with my 6 year old and 2 year old to grab a slice of pizza before trick or treating. There was not one slice of pizza in the warmer, let alone ANY hot food, whatsoever. Both warmers were completely empty. It was a Friday at 5pm on a holiday and not one single option for hot food was available. The 3 kitchen workers seemed swamped with to-go pizza orders. Perhaps one of them could have been working on making some hot food for the cases? I was told it would take 10 minutes for pizza slices but that was 10 minutes I did not have to wait. So then I went to the cold case to see if there were any sandwiches or other options for a quick meal available. Nope. Aside from string cheese and a few snack items, there was nothing. So im currently 21 and 19 weeks pregnant and I originally wanted a sub from jersey Mike's but currently we dont have a car as we got into a wreck last Tuesday. so the closest option was caseys.. my fiance went over there mentioned i was pregnant with our second and asked if they could make the sandwich I wanted at that time.. which was a turkey lettuce tomato and pickles with mayo.. who ever made the sandwich thank you... it was very good and very appreciated... ive gotta go tho.. imma go cry rq but I wanted to mention this again kitchen staff to who ever made it.. My pizza order took twice as long as the estimated time AND had the incorrect toppings. Pizza carousel and food displays were completely empty. I struggle to picture this place running without the tatted guy in the kitchen and the cashier on crutches, and this store does not deserve neither of them.

Pizza has gone downhill fast. They use to be great. My family seems to keep wanting to give them a chance, only to be disappointed every single time. The pizzas are not consistent, they aren't even trying anymore. They are not good at having a pizza ready on time. They have different people working whenever I go in. The cashiers seem lacking in social skills.

Pizza was good, as always. Cashier did not greet me, did not tell me my total, took my money then dropped my change into my hand and missed dropping some of my change on the counter. They didn’t say sorry, or thank you, they turned around left the counter area and went into the store area. Meanwhile some kid came into the store to talk to the boys making pizzas about another kid calling one of them Jewish, as if that was a bad thing. They looked at me to see if I heard and then continued their conversation. I felt very offended by my whole experience.
