Check your order before you leave!! This is the third time (shame on me) that my order has not been correct. This time, my bone-in wings were very well over done and burnt in some spots. Having worked in a kitchen, I can tell that the oil is bad and needs to be changed. That is why they are so so dark and do not taste well. So, I then think that I can salvage this situation and come to find that I received zero of my three diping sauces. Which I had to pay extra for. Last time, I requested a call back from a manager, which I still have not yet received. So I write this, disappointed, saucless, with good pizza and bad wings and about to head back to work. I hope someone contacts me, maybe, I understand things happen, but I feel this is getting excessive as I can no longer trust my or
Order was supposed to be ready at 7:17pm. At 720, I went into the store as I was tired of waiting (48min after my order was placed) because I decided it would be easier to just pick up some additional items so I did not have to make another stop. I found my pizza not cut into squares, but more importantly my wings were not done. I was the told 4 min... it is now 741pm. Also, I had to ask about my sauces which I ended up grabbing myself.
Date/Time: 7/8/25 at 7:15 PM Casey’s used to be great, but this visit was a letdown. Service was slow and not friendly, and the overall vibe just didn’t feel right. They weren’t on time with anything, and the experience felt off from start to finish. Hoping this was just an off night, but definitely not what it used to be.
If ypu pre-order something, sometimes you'll be standing there like an idiot for 10 minutes or more waiting to get the attention of an employee working the deli counter to grab your order. And the cashiers don't do a darn thing to say to their teammates like, "hey you have a customer" other than that the food is tasty
Waited 15 mins cashier called her Mgr Seems like her Mgr had no clue how to take an efs ck for diesel fuel! Cashier was extremely nice! I won't be back to a Casey's
