In a time of need my mom living in IA and myself, her daughter, needed someone to bring her food due to no delivery services. I live in CT. Kelly was amazing at helping me and solving my problem without hesitation and went above and beyond. I feel blessed that I had her today. Thank you with all my heart.
Disgraceful location, employees complaining to other employees about their workload, bathrooms that are missing all toilet paper and paper towels, smells like a dirty hotel room that hasnt been cleaned in 2 weeks. Unfortunately this is the standard for Caseys nowadays, hire bottom of the barrel managers and employees and to save every last dime that they can at the cost of actual decent service.
Friendly staff. Clean store. Most delicious pizza. 😋
Would rather risk customers livilihoods by yapping for 15 minutes than serve the next customer so they can get back on the clock.
Store has started going down hill. Some of the workers don’t seem to care much, the food takes longer to make and end up waiting for it to finish, if they are out of something they will just sub it out with something else and not tell you or wait till after you come pick it up to let you know they were out. Last time they forgot the marinara on my pizza… Really hope they can turn it around, they are a little understaffed so I can get that
