Casey's

This store is an embarrassment of the Casey’s brand. Every time I stop here the pumps have issues. There is always yellow bags on the pumps and the readers don’t work. I just saw all of the bad reviews on here and I just do t understand why Casey’s corporation has not removed every person that works here. Starting with management.

I this is the 2nd time I have called at night and I either get hung up on or get some rude employee. This time I was lucky to get both. I called the kitchen 3 times only to get hung up on each time then when I called the actual store some rude lady said the kitchen is closed they close at 7 or 8 o’clock which is a complete lie it says right on the app what time the kitchen closes. If y’all don’t like your jobs then find another job for Gods sake. It’s a shame that y’all don’t take pride in the work that you do.

The pumps are frequently out of service. And absolutely do need use the little lever to keep the pump on. It will over fill your tank and spill all over the ground. This has happened more than once. Now I have learned my lesson.

10/19/24 update: Wish I could say 0 stars. Today tried 3 pumps before learning all the pumps were down. 12/6/22 update: returned today for my convenience not really my preference. Decided to try pump 11 again since last time it didn't work. The pump machine worked fine which was nice, except that inserting cards is problematic... Try enough times and it works. Will share video of machine if I can. Receipt doesn't print, again asked to go inside. ~11/22/22: Stopped to get gas here today. Pump 11. First the pay at pump credit card machine is hard to insert cards. Then the machine got stuck after scanning my card-kept saying "pending-please wait" then sale cancelled after a minute or two. Tried a second time with same result. I pushed the help button and the screen showed message "go inside f

This location always fails to have any pizza available. The only reason I go to Casey’s at all is for the pizza. It’s 5 o’clock and you would think that they would be prepared for the several customers that came in looking for pizza. Staff training is definitely needed!
