New manager is a joke . If your gonna help.in the kitchen lets serve proper food portions . Pizzas have half the toppings they should burritos half the normal size. Absolutely a disgrace .

Stopped for gas and pizza.I paid at pump for gas and my girlfriend went in to order pizzas.It was sometime before she came back out without pizzas.She said she stood at counter and the girl working would not as much as acknowledge her.She went to service counter and asked the clerk what she needed to do to order pizzas he referred her back to kitchen..She at tlhis time decided she no longer wanted anything from here.I went in and started back to the kitchen counter the same young lady saw me heading her way and ducked out of sight.It was a bit before she came back to take my order. I placed a small order for my girlfriends mother but we have decided that we will go eat somewhere else. The cashier was rather nice

The service is horrible & the wait as you checkout is ridiculous..... Everybody's in a hurry, especially in the morning . the service at quick trip Your outta there in 15 seconds Grow up Casey's & Get a clue I won't be back

Store hours listed to be open until midnight. Arrived at 11:50 needing a phone charger due to having an overnight hospital stay with a new baby. Employees ignored myself and 2 other customers who knocked on the locked door. Another employee gave us dirty looks.

I like this store for the most part. Never had anything bad to say about any of the staff besides the heavy-set guy who claims he is some sort of manager and acts like he is clueless at his job. Tonight I raced to Casey's so we could have milk in the morning. Ì know it sucks showing at the last minute, but I didn't make the closed at midnight rule, Casey's did. I was there at 11:57 & this manager threw down his freshly lit smoke and ran inside sprinting to the office to turn the lights off as I opened the door. Then he refused to sell me the milk. Like I said the clock read 11:57. What kinda manager pulls a childish unprofessional move like so?
