Casey's

Road trip stop for gas & homemade pizza! The clerk was very nice. The store was clean & stocked. Pizza was yummy. We always stop at Casey’s if possible. We also tried their Hawaiian King sliders so so good! Please keep them on the menu.

Update below... Tonight (01/27) we bought a thin crust Sweet Heat Sausage & Pepperoni Large Pizza. The young gal, Hailey? did a fantastic job making our Pizza! Unlike most every thin crust that we have ever had, she made sure that the toppings went all the way to the edge, which is the way it should be! Too often they're way too far from the edge and the toppings are not spread evenly on all the pieces. She did such a good job that we called to let her know. Thank you; it was delicious! UPDATE: Last night (02/10), the young man who made the same pizza for us that we've had two weeks in a row; he also did a fantastic job! Last night, I had a very scary experience at this store which made me feel unsafe. I entered the store and requested assistance. One employee began helping me, but another employee intervened and instructed that employee to stop, stating she wanted a different employee to handle the request. This caused an unnecessary delay, despite there being two employees available at the time. When that same employee eventually assisted me, she spoke to me in a rude and confrontational manner and accused me of being rude simply for asking for help. I stated that I should not be required to wait for a third employee when two employees were already present and capable of assisting me. After completing my transaction, I told her, "Next time a customer asks for help, you should probably help them." In

Rude employees! One was cussing loudly behind the counter. The other that was helping me refused to scan my QR code for my rewards as I was holding my phone out ready for her to scan it. She just pointed at the card machine & rudely told me to enter it and walked away. I already avoid Casey's when I can because of incompetent employees. This one takes the cake!

They give you a pickup time ,of 1 hour , and when you show up they cant find you order and it has not been made. I even had them read the order back to me over the phone , because the last 4 times they messed it up and i had to wait for them to remake a new one. we had guests for the evening so naturally we ordered lots of food. They went home hungry. 8 months ago, they were a well oil machine. they need to figure out what has changed.
