Casey's

Arrived at Casey's around 10 pm. Mike and December where working and I immediately felt the fun in the atmosphere. I ordered cheesy bread sticks that where hot and delicious. A great experience, which I contribute to Mike and December's ability to make work a fun atmosphere. While waiting for my bread sticks Mike mentioned that he had been working for Casey's a little over a year. As a assistant General Manager at Menards and able to spot excellent customer service representatives. December, has a very bubbly, cheerful and friendly personality that is perfect for a customer service job. I would recommend that Mike and December both deserve a raise, for the simple fact it's hard to find good customer care personnel. I also feel Mike would make a excellent Lead or Night Shift Supervisor. Wen

I love going to Casey’s for pizza, gas and all kinds of things and usually I’m greeted with super nice people who get me in and out but when I went in today I set my stuff on the counter and had to wait for “Lindsey” to stop texting and check me out and she just had an attitude towards me like I was a bother. I don’t have a problem with cashiers texting but I shouldn’t have to wait to be checked out and be treated with hostility. Overall tho Casey’s is great and I still plan on going when I need things. Especially pizza!

I tried to get a breakfast burrito at 12pm. They acted like it was the worst thing in the world. Canceled my order. The next day I was in there and could hear them talking about me in the kitchen. Wish I could actually talk to someone and something get done but even the manager there is super rude.

Go in everyday for some sodas and breakfast. They recently learned I love the breakfast burritos. They were out when I went in today, and rushed to make up some more. I went outside to get out of the way and sit down to wait. One of the cooks actually brought me my burrito to my car. Friendly people and great customer service there.

Used to be amazing until about a month ago. Now just non friendly slow workers. I go to ranch house now. Amazing pizza though..... I would like to update this review. Things have changed there. It is awesome and the workers are great. I would like to complain about the high prices but prices are high everywhere... Great place to stop and get whatever you need. Thank you Casey's!..... 4-9-24 another update - - all the good workers have left and now all there is left are rude and unpleasant. This morning when I walked in, the black girl that works there was outside smoking. She saw me walk in but I had to actually go outside and get her when I was ready to check out. Very rude to me. There was another girl there as well but she said she couldn't help me because she was on break.... So sad. P
