So we ordered pizza last night and then to find out there was a fly in our food. And also try to talk to manager. Don’t even know if it was a manager and explain that being pregnant they should’ve gave us a refund and gave us a false phone number to get all refund back so instead of a one stall, we give it not even a stall, but we had to give it a rating if thier was a rating for a zero that’s what they get and also how their cashiers did not know what they were doing either.

multiple times iv come in here to get my order at the time it says it will be done 1-16-2026 @ 4:56pm.. then when i get there they have not even started the order 2 pizzas and order of cheese bread.. They have 0 time management... so if u dont mind a 10 min drive order it in bethany and drive there.. plus it is made better and not rushed.. order was complete @ 5:25pm

6/13/25 ordered online 2 crispy chicken sandwich's and I took the pickles off of the menu because I wanted them fresh! Message read that order would be ready in 15 minutes. Drove across the street to fuel up and the order was ready in 5 minutes. Got back in truck and opened the wrapper just to see and the sandwich's were cold and both had pickles on them! The chicken sandwich's are really good but not when they have been on a warmer rotisserie for 3 or 4 hours. Chalk it up for lazy employees trying to pull a fast one and PP management.

Trying to order a pizza on the automated service is a joke! When I asked to talk to someone I ordered my taco pizza. The guy i was talking to acted as if it was an inconvenience to speak to me. Taco pizzas are SUPPOSED to come with refried beans, salsa, tomatoes, lettuce and chips. When I got home it was a sausage pizza with a handful of nasty lettuce thrown on and nothing else! My receipt said no tom and no chips. Ridiculous!

Ordered a taco pizza online for pickup. Got the pizza home and was disappointed to see that they simply took a sausage pizza and tossed a handful of Doritos and a couple sliced tomatoes on top - no salsa, no refried beans, no lettuce. I called the store, manager on duty apologized (the store had run out of lettuce, but was not sure why pizza was missing everything else) and offered to remake and DELIVER my pizza. She ran next door to the grocery store to grab more lettuce, remade our pizza, and had it on our table in less than 30 minutes. Ma'am, whoever you are, if you're reading this review, thank you for going above and beyond to resolve our issue. We are very grateful and will shop again.
