Casey's

I live close by this Casey's I'm there almost every day. They serve/make pizza 24 hours per day 7 days a week. They also bake fresh donuts and pastries every morning. Also if you have a Hy-Vee fuel saver card you can use it here for discount on gas. They usually have good pizza specials, this month especially, it's 10 cents off per gallon for every large pizza you bye, no limit on the amount of coupons you have but only up to 20 gallons.

Last night I ordered some food and it was missing an item kitchen staff was great cashier staff not so great due to being on her phone

Giving one star as it’s the lowest option. This Casey’s is a joke. The employees are rude, always on their phones, cussing at customers, and are very clearly not properly trained. There’s never any hot food, and the store is dirty. There are always employees just standing around doing nothing on their phones and while there are long lines waiting to checkout. Horrible customer service. Horrible employees. Quite literally any other location is 10x better.

Dude was in the kitchen taking over and hour to get my 1 large pizza done after saying it would only be 15 minutes. And on top of that my pizza was wrong and no one answered the phone and there was a guy just standing at the desk on the phone the whole time like this is really a waste of my money never again.

This place is horrible. I’ve ordered from here 3 times since moving to Waterloo and the first 2 times they messed up my order as well as didn’t have it even started in the oven when I arrived at the time it said the pizzas would be ready. Then I order a pizza tonight and it’s completely destroyed in the box by my doordash driver and Caseys won’t do anything about it. I asked if I could just come get a new cheese pizza myself and they told me I have to figure it out tomorrow. Worst Caseys I’ve been to in my life.
