Casey's

11/6/22 @9:30am First time today at Casey’s in Wautoma WI. Very nice store. Workers are super nice. Very clean inside. They have a nice area where u can order up hot fresh food. Reasonable prices Until the next review Steve-o out.

Well I went down there to put air in my tires of my e-bike I put air in the front tire I said it for 30 lb what my tire calls for set it on the air pump for 30. It shut off and it beeped when it was at 30 for the front tire. Went to do the back tire and it did not shut off or beep and it blew the tire right off my e-bike. And that's how I got hurt and now they're telling me I have to contact the owner of the air pump well these guys are looking at a lawsuit all I want is my bike fixed a new tire and a new inner tube it's on their property and they're not standing behind any of that which is sad and the manager was unbelievably rude internal responsibility and told me that there was nothing wrong with the machine which is a complete lie obviously.

Such crappy service to get pizza. I walked up to the counter in a very friendly manner, asked them if they had any slices for cheese since I don’t eat pork and was told that they don’t make any slices this late at night that’s fine I understand. But why wouldn’t you offer to make me a pizza and try to upsell me every time I would ask a question I would get a dirty look like I was affecting their conversation that they were having in the kitchen. I got a very bad look when I asked for a box for my slices. I don’t know if it’s because of my head scarf and I’m different from many people from around this area or the fact that she just has a bad attitude in general, but I most definitely would never come back here again

The cashier didn’t know how to use the register it was kinda frustrating but she finally figured it out after being told and finally being shown . Those people work and have to learn how to use a computer to take our money for minimum wage that’s just not fair if you ask me!

Amazing pizza and food. New store , the manager is always willing to make things right with customers if there are any issues I saw a few un positive reviews but I hope people remember it's a brand new store and give them another chance. Just ask for Dan the manager and let him know if you have had any issues, he will make it right with you. By far my favorite store in the area.
