Firstly I want to mention your worker Lily!! She is such a sweetheart! She complimented my shirt upon my arrival and when I checked out! She is awesome and definitely deserves everything! Secondly, the store itself is nice, however It gets crowded quickly and with the set up it felt hard to manage getting things efficiently. But none the less, Lily made my day at Casey’s!!

I don't always drive through Waverly, Missouri, but the times I do I am always excited because it's a treat to stop by and see Eric Meeker, the store manager, and his friendly staff at Caseys General Store. I have never went in that I wasn't greeted by a warm welcome and a huge smile. They have me stopping in every time I go through town. Their display of customer service is something for every business to strive for. Thanks, guys!

Ordered a large taco and large beef pizza tonight when we got home the taco had very little to none on lettuce tomatoes and chips. The beef pizza didn't have much beef on it. Took 55 min for my order to be ready for pick up. Last week when I ordered pizza our supreme it was not supposed to have any black olives or mushrooms and it was loaded with them. We will no longer order from Waverly Casey's we will go to Concordia to get our pizza. The Waverly store has went down hill since you let eric go he was the best store manager. While I'm at it I do not agree with you not accepting checks anymore if taking checks are that much of a problem you should get the device to do electronic checks where you run the check and then give the check back like most other places do.

I called ahead to order a pizza and I was told it would be done at 6pm. When I came in at 6pm, I was told that no one wrote down my order and I would have to wait another 30+ minutes for my pizza because of the orders ahead of me. I didn’t have the patience to wait for people who ordered after me and I am very disappointed in the staff who failed to write down my order (even though they asked for my number). It will be a while before I come back to Casey’s.
