Cashew Thai Cuisine

I ate lunch here today based on the reviews and must say that both, service and food were very good. The service was attentive and quick and the ordered food (Cashew Tofu) came quickly. The ingredients had flavor, the presentation was nice and the portion quite large. Overall, I’d come back here for more.

The food is amazing! The chicken katsu with green curry is insanely good. The curry is so aromatic! The cashew pineapple fried rice is also really tasty! Definitely try it ! The portions are large and the prices very good. The service is friendly and helpful !

Great experience, great location, great food. I got the seafood pad Thai and it was overall really good, the combination of different meats with their different flavors and textures really added to the dish. Overall one of the better pad Thai dishes I’ve had. It’s only shortfall was the flavor of the actual pad Thai was a little weak. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area and have enough time for a sit down restaurant. Also, they have flavored water!!!! Always love free infused water because then I don’t have to pay for a drink!

We visited this Thai restaurant for the first time and were very pleased! The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is friendly and attentive. The dishes come out quickly and the portions are generous. I especially enjoyed the Pad Thai — authentic flavor, lots of fresh vegetables, and very tender chicken. A lovely bonus is the beautiful view of the Space Needle right from the window, which makes the dinner feel even more special. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. We’ll definitely be back!

Came here for comfort food after the TWICE concert, and everything was amazing. The food was delicious and truly hit the spot, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I’m already planning to come back this Saturday night for the tom leud moo. Highly recommend!
