Casimir French Bistro

On a recent visit, I tried the three-course meal featuring escargot, and the pompano fish. We also tried the short ribs rigatoni. Although the experience was pleasant, the fish was a bit dry and the the rigatoni lacked the meat but was heavy on the mushrooms. The appetizers were on point and the service was excellent.

Great restaurant, French cuisine with nice outdoor seating ! Everything was delicious. We are definitely coming back to try more of the menu.

My wife and I ,visiting from Europe enjoyed lunch here recently and were very pleased with the food and service. Carole C was very attentive, pleasant and quietly saw to our every request. My nicoise salad was fabulous, with tuna seared rare, delightfully snappy haricots vert and perfect hardboiled eggs (no green or grey anywhere). The light dressing clung to the lettuce leaves rather than saturate them. Shockingly, the sliced red tomatoes resembled midsummer heirlooms. My wife had a delightful bowl of french onion soup with a touch of sherry. We were quite impressed with the attention to detail that showed through in both dishes as well as the service. We will return soon.

Over past 4 years Casimir degraded a lot. French food is average. Service is terrible. If you go there, bring your own baguette. It's limited to 3 pieces per person. Hold your plate. Even if you not finish, it'll be taken away. So, bone appetite.

We were skeptical at first, but our opinion completely changed after our first dinner here. We love French food, and this place is legit. We found the price to be reasonable, not expensive as some other reviewers have claimed. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The French onion soup was cooked and served exactly as it should be. We had a great time and have already returned.
