Castle Chicken and Loaded Platters

It’s so scary that if we not pay attention what we eating do die soon because of health, look at it it’s like they just deep in or they cook in bad oil am not sure. Not going again that’s for sure plz people check otherwise soon hospital. I ordered 5 piece $9 but your cholesterol level!!!

I come to this place almost every single day for lunch because I love it here. The staff is always friendly, respectful, and they treat everyone with kindness. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested in trying it. However, I need to address something that has really made me upset. There has been a woman stealing multiple sauces and then having the nerve to post online claiming the workers here were rude and mocking her. That is absolutely false. I have attached the video showing her taking more than one sauce without permission. Do not believe her lies. The people here do not deserve to be disrespected by someone who cannot even be honest about their own actions.

I had a really disturbing experience here. The man working during the day was extremely rude when I asked for barbecue sauce, mocked my accent, and even started recording me without my permission. That’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The night staff have always been much kinder and more respectful, No customer should ever be treated this way.

Best deal in NYC , you can’t beat a $2.99 Platter . They are generous on the portions !!! I been seeing this around so had to come check it for myself !! Definitely worth the hype , also very busy lucky if you get a seat . It’s family owned and the fellas were nice. They didn’t rush my order or anything . It’s fast food , no complains !! At $2.99 go try it !!!

My sister and I recently visited Castle Chicken and Platters, and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The Happy Platters, priced at just $2.99, are an incredible deal for the quality and portion size. The food was absolutely delicious flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. Nick, the staff member was incredibly friendly and made the visit even better with his warm service. If you're looking for great food at an unbeatable price, I highly recommend this place.
