Catered Fit

I got sick from the food on the first day after it was delivered. It was delivered by UPS and was clearly not kept cold enough by the packaging. They also packed it in a narrow and tall box and UPS dropped it at my door lying on its side, so all the meals were mixed together into mush. The food doesn’t even taste good. Straight in the garbage.

I’ve had them for nearly 10 years and recently they changed their menu without any notification. Now the options are so limited you’re eating the same things everyday. I used to highly recommend, now I’ll be looking for another service. Emailed them and they don’t seem to care.

Really love Catered Fit. Have been using their service for over a year now. Their food is fresh, delicious and great variety! Customer service is great! My husband also loves the food!

Love CateredFit! At first I was a little hesitant about ordering frozen meals, but this place is great! The food is fresh and delicious. They are different diet plans according to your needs. My husband loves it too Very recommended!

They have a lot of 5-star reviews but it is because they offer free food for leaving a good review. Multiple issues with their service and I can't get any communication from their owner to resolve this. I've called a few times and rep has let me know that he's been emailing the owner about my issues but no call or email in response. Here is a photo of how my food was delivered and left on my doorstep. Was charged for a cooler bag and never received. Food cannot be left out in the elements like this...
