CAVA

Went to CAVA's Community Day and was greeted with warm smiles from the staff behind the counter. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and kept the long line moving quickly and efficiently. For the event, we were given the choice of a free bowl or pita as an entrée, along with a side of pita, cinnamon sugar pita chips for dessert, and a drink. Everything was delicious and filling. I already love cinnamon sugar pita chips, so I was excited to try CAVA's and I'm obsessed. I'm excited about this new location since it's a bit closer. They're off to a fantastic start! I'll definitely be back.

I had the Greens & Grains Bowl. Packed with flavor and your choice of super greens. You can add whatever you want to it. The chicken was very flavorful. Love the tzatziki! I will try the lamb next time. I've heard its the best on the menu! Friendly staff!

My mom and I tried CAVA for the first time and had such a great experience! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and they really took their time helping us choose the best options. The food was delicious, and the customer service made it even better. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I love the CAVA in Metairie, the food is great and the service is always fast and friendly. I was so excited when the Covington location opened. I went for the first time about two months after they opened. I live about 30 minutes away, so I don’t get there often. My online pickup order was wrong, so I had to bring the food back to the counter to have it fixed. They also forgot the extra tzatziki sauce I paid for, but they gave it to me when I asked. I figured they were still new and working out the kinks, so I planned to try again. One mistake isn’t a huge deal, especially since I caught it before leaving. A few weeks later, I went back, same exact issue. My food was wrong and the side of tzatziki was missing again. At that point I thought maybe it was just an employee training issue. Th
