CAVA

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. It's a fast-food style place, very similar to other chains, but with a different flavor and more spice in the food. I ordered something that caught my attention called Harissa avocado, and I was excited to see avocado as a topping, since I love it. To my unpleasant surprise, when I started eating, the avocado was green and hard. I couldn't eat it. It completely ruined the experience for me. I would have preferred that they hadn't put any avocado on it at all. As for the rest of the meal, it was quite spicy. So, if you don't like spicy food, you need to be extra careful when you order. Mo and Kat were amazing they were patient and kind and very helpful. The atmosphere is so peaceful and they keep their location spotless and clean!!! I definitely recommend 10/10 this is the best CAVA i have been too and will remain!!

Cava is my FAVORITE place to eat and this location made it even better!!!! Mo was just the best and made by day just by smiling. Highly highly recommend going to Cava and specifically this location! If you go, make sure you ask if Mo is working😁😁

This is a perfect place for faster food service, healthy food options, and efficient yet friendly and professional service. The Store is clean, the food is always fresh and available, and the staff all the way from the counter staff to the management has always been helpful and accommodating. I love that the menu options change seasonally, but yet they keep the basics the same. I’ve made quite a few trips here, and my experiences have been consistent. 👏👏👏👏

Kat restored my faith in Humanity. She was so above and beyond kind explained everything really well. I highly recommend coming to this location of cava! I live in the city of Richmond and the one we have is not so good. The food quality the customer service is all 10 out of 10. Kat really deserves a promotion! What a truly exceptional experience at a Fast food location.
